Food for all

We know that when your group is away from home at our Retreat Center, dining is an important part of the experience. The food at the OSRUI Retreat Center is wholesome and healthy. We strive to have something for everyone and all meals include a robust set of sides and alternatives.

Our experienced food service staff are prepared to make your retreat special – from Shabbat dinner, to a casual breakfast, to a more formal reception, our team is here to partner with you to meet the needs of your group. And, don’t worry, we’ll make sure there are plenty of s’mores along the way too – it is camp after all!

The OSRUI Dining Hall can seat up to 1,000 people in four different rooms of varying size. Our Dining Hall is air-conditioned and heated, and the main room includes an indoor fireplace that adds a cozy charm in winter. The Dining Hall is centrally located at camp, steps away from many of our residential facilities.

Something for Everyone

We are prepared to make sure there is something delicious for everyone, whether you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or dairy free. Our food service team does not cook with nuts – though we do use products manufactured in facilities where nuts may be present. As we are partnering together to plan your retreat we will ask you to share any additional dietary restrictions and allergies with us for your group.

What's on the menu?

At the OSRUI Retreat Center we pride ourselves on having a good variety of food at every meal. You’ll choose from a rotating selection of main entrees.
